Generally, the workflow is:

1. Nominate a whitelist of Categories that may contain assets:

   

2. Run procedure / automation that populates the Asset Portal from the Element Data (link needed)

   

3. Use Asset Portal to allocate Asset Numbers

   

4. Refresh when needed
